Our Welfare Commitment: At Wyong Race Club, the welfare of our racehorses is our top priority. We’re dedicated to ensuring the highest standard of care, safety, and respect for these remarkable athletes throughout their racing careers and beyond.
Our commitment includes providing state-of-the-art facilities, promoting responsible training practices, and working closely with industry professionals to uphold stringent welfare guidelines.
We continuously invest in the wellbeing of our horses to ensure they receive the best possible treatment, reflecting our dedication to their health, dignity, and long-term care.
We know the incredible talent of our thoroughbreds can extend well beyond the track. Racing NSW’s incredible initiative Equimillions is designed to celebrate the versatility of this amazing breed.
An incredible $1m of prize money has been given to riders with ex-racehorses competing across four disciplines: Eventing, Show Jumping, Dressage and Showing. The event runs across four days over the October long weekend at Sydney International Equestrian Centre.
We are proudly sponsoring 30 riders with connections to the Central Coast and Wyong Race Club, enabling them to have the opportunity to showcase their horses and potentially win the $30,000 prize money in their class.
